Making Space for Yourself Is an Investment, too.
Therapy is an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and invest in the support you deserve.
There Is a Path Forward.
You don't have to navigate it alone.
I offer individual therapy on a private-pay basis for women in Virginia and Florida. My goal is to make the process straightforward, transparent, and centered around the quality and individualized nature of your care.
Individual Therapy
55-Minute Session | $195
Standard individual therapy session provides dedicated time to explore what's bringing you to therapy, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and work toward meaningful change.
Focused Therapy Intensives
DISCLAIMER: Fees and rates listed on this page are current as of time of publication and may change over time. Fees for your specific services will be confirmed at the time of scheduling.
For women who want dedicated time to focus more deeply on a specific concern, transition, or therapeutic goal, extended therapy sessions may be available.
Intensive sessions are available by request. Contact me to learn more.
An intensive provides additional space to slow down, explore a specific concern in greater depth, and begin developing clarity and next steps.
Intensives are scheduled in advance and are not intended to replace ongoing therapy for every client. We'll determine together whether an intensive format is appropriate for your needs.
Private Pay & Insurance
I currently offer therapy on a private-pay basis rather than billing insurance directly.
Choosing private pay allows us to focus our work on your individual needs rather than having treatment dictated by insurance requirements, diagnosis restrictions, or limits on the number or type of sessions covered.
Can insurance reimburse you?
Possibly.
Many insurance plans offer out-of-network mental health benefits that may reimburse a portion of your therapy investment.
If your plan includes out-of-network benefits, I can provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
Because every insurance plan is different, I recommend contacting your insurance provider before beginning therapy to ask about:
Whether you have out-of-network mental health benefits
Your out-of-network deductible
Your reimbursement percentage or allowable amount
Whether you need to meet your deductible before reimbursement begins
Whether your plan requires a specific diagnosis or other documentation
How to submit a claim for reimbursement
Please remember that your insurance company determines your benefits and reimbursement. I cannot guarantee that your insurance plan will reimburse you.
HSA & FSA
Depending on your individual plan, therapy may be an eligible expense for payment or reimbursement through a Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA).
Please check with your plan administrator to confirm eligibility and any documentation requirements.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. I understand that unexpected circumstances arise, and I ask that you provide at least 48 hours notice when you need to cancel or reschedule.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice are subject to a late cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled session fee.
Wondering If Therapy Is Right for You?
You don't have to know exactly what you need before reaching out.
If you're used to holding everything together, it can be difficult to know when it's time to ask for support—or even what to say when you do.
That's what the consultation is for.
We'll talk about what's bringing you to therapy, what you're hoping will change, and whether working together feels like the right fit.
